Rear sight should be mandatory.
This is exactly what the Tokarev Titan needs and should come stock with it. Although at the bargain price these guns go for, I can see why they make this an add-on accessory. Definitely use Loctite Red on the one supplied screw to mount this, otherwise it will rattle free. The sight picture is outstanding and if you take the time to zero in with slugs, you'll have an awesome combat shotgun. There is enough rail space for an optional red dot, so that is an expense you decide if you want or not. But adjusting the peep sight to zero is all you really need. Great product that gives your Titan a finishing look.

Rear sight
I used this on a Kamando W&S slingshot shotgun and worked great!

Only works on the TTF not the TTS
The TTS is missing the port to secure assembly; not part of the description.

Rear site

Tokarev Titan Rear Sight Assembly
Easy to install, fits well. Easily installed an optic. I need to see how durable it is before I rate it as a 5.

TTF Rear Sight Assy
The rear sight assembly is very well made. The picatinny rail is aircraft grade aluminum, but the actual peep sight is plastic. The assembly was easily installed using blue Loctite and should give years of service.

Good but not great
I have the titan Semi automatic 12 gauge with this rear sight, and it doesn't line up with the factory barrel front site at all, it's too high. So it's useful if you need a red dot or scope mounted, but you will have no use of the front sight. Slid carefully on the rails and tightened fully with locktite, and mounted a scope and it slightly wiggles on the track but not more than a handgun slide does on a pistol frame. So I wouldn't expect the accuracy to beat a pistol but for a tactical shotgun that's fine
